Leya Growth respects your privacy. This policy describes how personal data may be processed when you visit leyagrowth.se or contact Leya Growth through the website.
1. Data controller
Leya Growth is a sole proprietorship owned by Leya Lundin. Leya Growth is the data controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy.

2. Personal data we process
When you use the contact form, Leya Growth may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company name, the type of help you are looking for and the contents of your message.
When you visit the website, its service providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, the time of your visit and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
Do not submit sensitive personal data, such as health information, personal identity numbers or other information requiring special protection, through the contact form or Leyo.
3. Why we process personal data
Information from the contact form is used to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about Leya Growth’s services and, where relevant, manage a future business relationship. Technical information is used to keep the website working and secure, and to troubleshoot problems.
4. Legal basis
Contact details and the contents of an enquiry are normally processed on the basis of Leya Growth’s legitimate interest in receiving and responding to enquiries from potential customers. If processing is necessary to enter into or fulfil a contract with you, it may instead be based on performing that contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If information needs to be retained for accounting purposes or other legal obligations, it is processed on the basis of a legal obligation.
5. The contact form and Formspree
The website’s contact form uses Formspree to receive and forward enquiries. When you submit the form, Formspree processes the information you enter on behalf of Leya Growth so that your enquiry can be received and answered.
Formspree is an external service provider. Leya Growth does not disclose the information for purposes other than handling your enquiry and the communications that follow from it.
6. Leyo
Leyo is a digital assistant on the website. In its current form, it uses information included on the website to answer common questions about Leya Growth and its services. If Leyo cannot help, visitors are directed to the contact form.
Leyo is not designed to actively request names, email addresses or other personal data. However, visitors may choose to write messages containing personal data. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data in the chat.
In the current implementation, Leyo messages are not sent to any external AI service and are not stored by Leya Growth through the website’s Leyo feature.
7. Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted on Netlify. When you visit the website, Netlify may process technical information needed to provide, protect and troubleshoot the service, such as IP addresses, log data and information about your browser or device.
Leya Growth does not use this information to identify or track individual visitors, but only to the extent required to operate and secure the website.
8. Google Fonts
The website uses Google Fonts to display typefaces. When a page loads, your browser may download fonts from Google’s servers. In doing so, Google may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser or device details, to deliver the fonts.
9. Cookies and analytics
Leya Growth does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other analytics or marketing tools of its own to track visitors to the website. Leya Growth also does not use cookies for its own analytics or marketing purposes.
Technical service providers may use technologies necessary for their services to function. Information about their processing can be found in each provider’s privacy policy.
10. How long we retain personal data
Personal data is not retained for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiries submitted through the contact form are normally retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and follow up, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If the contact leads to a customer relationship, information may be retained for longer where necessary for the contract, accounting or other legal obligations.
Technical log data is managed in accordance with the retention periods applied by each technical service provider.
11. Recipients and data processors
Personal data may be processed by providers that help operate the website and handle contact enquiries, primarily Netlify, Formspree and Google Fonts. These providers process information under their own terms and, when acting on behalf of Leya Growth, under applicable data processing agreements or equivalent safeguards.
Information is not shared with other recipients unless it is necessary to handle an enquiry, required by law or done with your consent.
12. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
The external services used for the website may have operations, servers or subcontractors outside the EU/EEA. If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, the transfer must comply with the GDPR, for example on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, where required.
13. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request information about the personal data processed about you and to access it. You may also request the correction of inaccurate data, the erasure of data in certain circumstances or the restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means, you may in certain circumstances have the right to data portability. If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew your consent.
